O dia em que o mundo mudou

Olá a todos!

O "mundo" a que me refiro no título, é o mundo português.

...

Hello everyone!

The "world" I refer to in the title is the Portuguese world.

Yes, in Portugal was still sold toilet paper wrapped in plastic, something that has no logic whatsoever, for those who think a little in environmental terms. It only has logic in the resistance of the transport, but as it is seen (I will speak today about it), everything is possible, it takes only will.

Zero Waster's in Portugal have long wondered why toilet paper came wrapped in plastic, and it was time for a Portuguese brand of toilet paper to Renova to take the initiative and throw their toilet paper wrapped in paper.

Not yet for sale in Portugal, but it is already possible to buy online, and that is what I did. My decision was the recycled paper, all that I had experienced so far, none of which pleased me. I ended up buying in quantity, and with thicker rolls that lasted longer, in order to diminish my footprint, which I knew was not ideal. On the site there is a promotion, so I took advantage and ordered two quantities of rolls, so I avoided any extra shipping costs. Renova has 3 options in addition to white recycled paper, all wrapped in paper (ultra fort, balance, hyper soft). There is no excuse for not buying without plastic.

As for my personal opinion, here it goes!

I loved the fact that Renova was concerned about the details, and used tape on paper to use in the boxes. Each carton has 5 packages, each package brings 4. I love the resistance of the wrapping paper (packaging paper).

The Renova roll is the bottom, little difference from the one I used earlier. As for the touch, as most of you must know is more rough, but as for the personal experience, I didn't notice any difference of the recycled roll, relative to the paper that I was using, I don't feel any difference.
However, I was contacted on my instagram by Nídia, from the profile @ni.mo.no account who shared with me a phenomenal tip. She recommends using the inner face of Renova's recycled toilet paper, because it's always cuter. I've tried it and it's true!

There are still many things that can be done, yes, there is, but Renova is to be congratulated, and no one takes it, from them! :)

Wishes for the future: That renews it can abolish the plastic of all its products; That it's possible to them sell packages with larger quantities; Let it sell compact rolls, also wrapped in paper; And that all brands in Portugal, follow the example of Renova.
