Estou muito orgulhosa por este primeiro ano, sinto-me viva, aprendi muito, principalmente como ser humano.
É muito bom sentirmo-nos atentos, a questionar tudo o que nos é oferecido, tudo o que o marketing tem para nos dar, o que as televisões nos fazem entram pelos olhos a dentro.
I am very proud for this first year, I feel alive, I have learned a lot, mainly as a human being.
It is very good to feel attentive, to question everything that is offered to us, everything that the marketing has to give us, what the televisions make us enter through the eyes inside.
Com este novo estilo de vida, não foi só o desperdício que me dei conta, nem a saúde, nem a comida, mas tudo aquilo que nos rodeia. Se sempre achei que tinha a percepção antecipada para determinados assuntos e situações, com este estilo de vida, passei a ver as coisas com uma percepção muito mais apurada e acima de tudo, a QUESTIONAR e a exigir RESPOSTAS!
With this new way of life, it was not just the waste that I realized, neither health nor food, but everything around us. Always thought I had early awareness to certain issues and situations, with this lifestyle, I began to see things with a much more accurate perception and above all, to QUESTION and to demand ANSWERS!

Espero que se mantenha por muitos anos, pois não quero deixar de comprar a granel e sentir-me em casa dentro da "minha" loja. / I would like to thank Toca do Granel, for the sympathy and professionalism of Lídia and Carlos whenever I visit them, and for the existence of the store, because without it this journey would not be possible. Quero agradecer ao meu namorado, Pedro, que apesar de ainda lhe meter alguma confusão tanta mudança repentina, ter MUITA PACIÊNCIA com as minhas experiências (tanto as que resultam, como aquelas que nem tanto, e algumas até provocam gargalhadas). / I want to thank my boyfriend, Pedro, who, despite some confusion and sudden change, still has a lot of patience with my experiences (both those that result, and those that do not so much, and some even cause laughter).
Tenho-me apercebido que tenho seguidores de uma grande variedade de países e por isso, e apesar de no meu blog haver a opção de tradução, uma medida que vou adoptar para este novo ano é também publicar em inglês, portanto, as minhas publicações aparecerão em português e em inglês, para mais facilmente chegar a todos os leitores, mas não deixarei de ter no final da página do blog a opção de tradução, como vem sendo hábito. / I have realized that I have followers from a wide variety of countries and therefore, and although in my blog there is the option of translation, a measure that I will adopt for this new year is also to publish in English, therefore, my publications will appear in Portuguese and English, in order to more easily reach all readers, but I will not have at the end of the blog page the option of translation, as has been the case.
